For custom Lithophanes, you can upload your high-resolution photo directly on the product page or email it to admin@crazyrayscreations.com.au. For the best results, choose a photo with good contrast and clear details.

What materials are used in your products?
Most of our items are created using high-quality 3D printing filaments (PLA) or laser-cut materials. These are durable, lightweight, and allow for incredible detail. Please note that 3D-printed items may have slight surface variations, which is a unique characteristic of the handcrafted process.

Are the items battery-powered?
If your specific product includes lighting (like our Lithophanes), it will feature an integrated, battery-powered LED. This allows for easy placement anywhere in your home without the need for power cords.

Can I request a custom color or size?
Absolutely! Many of our products have color options listed. If you have a specific color or size requirement that isn’t shown, please reach out and I’ll see if I can make it happen. Email me at admin@crazyrayscreations.com.au.

How should I care for my 3D-printed items?
To keep your items looking their best, keep them away from extreme heat (like a hot car dashboard) as 3D-printed materials can soften. For cleaning, a simple wipe with a damp cloth is all that’s needed.

What if my item arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging these items, but if anything happens during transit, please contact me immediately at admin@crazyrayscreations.com.au with a photo of the damage so I can make it right.

How do I provide a photo for a Custom Portrait Bust?
Upload a clear, high‑resolution portrait photo on this product page (front-facing is best). Good lighting and sharp focus give the best results.

Can you add a name to the base?
Yes—add the name (or short text) you’d like on the base in the Order Notes at checkout.

How long will the bust last? (Care & lifespan)
Our busts are 3D‑printed in quality PLA (Marble White). With normal indoor display they should last for many years. Avoid direct sun for long periods and keep away from heat (e.g., hot car dashboards). Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Custom & Personalised Items: We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind once production has started. However, our Satisfaction Guarantee means if your photo doesn’t look right, we will contact you before printing to fix it.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact me at admin@crazyrayscreations.com.au. Every order is covered by a 30-day fault guarantee.
Our Maker’s Promise: For major faults, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. For minor issues, I will work with you to repair or replace the item immediately at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations: As work on your custom design often begins quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
Return Shipping: If an item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-custom exchanges (like standard planters), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
